VEHICLE BODY MOVEMENT - BUILT ON OR BEFORE

This article supersedes TSB 10-14-3 to add a production fix date.

ISSUE
Some 2011 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 6.2L or 6.8L engine and built on or before 5/12/2010 may exhibit power take-off (P10)
disengagement and/or loss of stationary elevated idle control (SEIC) during operation. This may occur when vehicle experiences any movement, body
roll or rocking. For example, opening a door, standing on the bumper or extending an aerial boom. When this occurs, engine speed goes back to base idle
of 650 RPM.

ACTION
Reprogram the powertrain control module (PCM) to the latest calibration using IDS release 67.04 and higher. This new calibration is not included in the
VCM 2010.5 DVD. Calibration files may also be obtained at the website.
