9. Install the wheel and tire assembly.
10. Remove the jack stands.
11. Lower the vehicle.
12. With the weight of the vehicle on the wheels, tighten the front hanger bolt and nut.
13. With the weight of the vehicle on the wheels, tighten the shackle bolt and nut.
