Back Window Glass: Service and Repair

WINDOW GLASS - REAR

REMOVAL

Regular and Crew Cab vehicles

1. Remove the rear trim panels.

SuperCab vehicles

2. Remove the child safety seat tether anchors.
3. Remove the rear corner trim panels.

All vehicles

4. NOTE: Removal of the back window glass requires an assistant to hold the back glass window as it is pushed out.

From inside the vehicle, pull down on the back window glass weatherstrip and push back the window glass and back window glass weatherstrip
from the back window glass opening.

5. Remove the weatherstrip from the rear window.
6. Remove all traces of butyl from the window glass opening and the back window weatherstrip.
