Door Handle

EXTERIOR FRONT DOOR HANDLE

Removal and Installation

NOTE:  The LH door is shown, the RH door is similar.

1. Remove the front door trim panel.
2. Position the water shield aside.

3. Remove the body plug.
4. Remove the 2 exterior front door handle nuts.

To install, tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).

5. Remove the exterior front door handle.

Disconnect the lock cylinder actuating rod from the handle.

Disconnect the door handle actuating rod from the front door latch.

Remove the exterior front door handle.

6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
