F 550 2WD Super Duty V8-6.0L DSL Turbo VIN P (2006)
2. Remove the turbocharger. For additional information, refer to Fuel Delivery and Air Induction.
3. Remove the fuel injector control module (FICM). For additional information, refer to Computers and Control Systems.
4. Remove the retaining nuts and the rear FICM bracket from the LH valve cover.
5. NOTE: There is a metal gasket between the turbocharger inlet Y-pipe and the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler.
Remove the turbocharger inlet Y-pipe-to-EGR cooler clamp by opening up the clamp, pushing the clamp down, positioning the bottom of the
clamp toward the EGR cooler and then positioning the top of the clamp toward the EGR cooler.
6. Remove the LH turbocharger inlet Y-pipe-to exhaust manifold nuts.
7. Remove the RH turbocharger inlet Y-pipe-to exhaust manifold nuts.
