Disassembly 

1. Remove the front wheel hubs and the front axle shaft assemblies, please refer to Steering and Suspension/Suspension/ See: Drive Axles, Bearings

and Joints/Wheel Hub 

2. Remove the front axle assembly, please refer to Transmission and Drivetrain/Drive Axles, Bearings and Joints/Axle Shaft Assembly/Service and

Reapir/ See: Drive Axles, Bearings and Joints/Axle Shaft Assembly/Service and Repair

Place the axle assembly in a suitable repair stand.
