EGR VALVE
REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve Assembly
Removal
1.
Disconnect the two EGR vacuum hoses.
2.
Disconnect the electrical connector.
3.
Remove the three bolts.
4.
Remove the EGR valve assembly.
Installation
1.
Clean the intake manifold gasket surface.
2.
Position the new EGR gasket.
3.
Position the new EGR valve assembly.
4.
Install the three bolts.
5.
Connect the two EGR vacuum hoses.
