Fan Shroud: Service and Repair
Cooling Fan Motor and Shroud 2.0L Engines
Removal
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect the cooling fan motor electrical connectors.
3. Remove the two pin-type retainers.
4. Raise and support the vehicle.
5. CAUTION: Do not use excessive force to release the cooling fan motor and shroud.
Remove the cooling fan motor and shroud.

Release the top clips of the radiator to allow the cooling fan motor and shroud to be raised.

Remove the fan and shroud.
