Shock Absorber-3-Door/4-Door
Removal
1. Detach the load space trim panel and position to one side.
2. CAUTION: Use a suitable spanner to prevent the piston rod from rotating.
Remove the shock absorber upper mounting retaining nut.
3. Raise and support the vehicle.
4. Remove the shock absorber.
Installation
NOTE: The final tightening of the shock absorber upper retaining nut and lower retaining bolt should be carried out when the vehicle weight is on the
road wheels.
1. NOTE: Do not fully tighten the shock absorber lower retaining bolt at this stage.
Install the shock absorber.
