Heater Core Case: Service and Repair
HEATER CORE AND EVAPORATOR CORE HOUSING
Removal and Installation
1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
2. Recover the refrigerant.
3. Remove the instrument panel. Refer to: Body and Frame, Interior Moulding/Trim, Dashboard/Instrument Panel, Service and Repair, See: Body

4. Drain the cooling system.
5. Disconnect the coolant hoses from the heater core.
