7. Disconnect the fitting and remove the front portion of the condenser to evaporator line.

Discard the O-ring seals.
8. Disconnect the fitting at the evaporator core inlet and remove the rear portion of the condenser to evaporator line.

Discard the O-ring seals.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Install new O-ring seals lubricated in clean PAG oil.

Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil.
2. Evacuate, leak test and charge the refrigerant system.
