5. Detach the cable from the retainer clips.
6. Remove the footwell trim panel.
7. Disconnect the accelerator cable pedal grommet from the accelerator pedal.
8. Attach a draw cord to the accelerator cable to assist with installation.

Remove the accelerator cable.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE: The rubber grommets must be installed into the bulkhead and throttle body bracket before the accelerator cable pedal grommet is
installed into the pedal.
