18. Remove the exhaust front heat shield.

19. Detach the gearshift cable and the selector cable from the floor panel.
20. Lower the vehicle.

21. Detach the gearshift cable and the selector cable bushing from the floor panel and pull the cab through to the vehicle interior (heater core shown

removed for clarity).

Installation 

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
2. adjust the gearshift cables.
