Replacement parts - Repair panel, rear quarter panel
| Removal NOTE:The side air curtain must be removed in accordance with the relevant safety measures (see sub-section 501-25) before removing the quarter panel. | -
General information - Necessary removal work: wheelhouse trim panel, rear lamp, rear bumper, quarter panel trim.
- Move carpets and wiring out of the working area.

Partial replacement options - Separating cut for rear corner partial replacement.
- Separating cut for lower partial replacement (forced air extraction mounting).

- Mill out the spot welds.

Quarter panel - Mill out the spot welds.
- Mill out the spot welds (two panel thicknesses).
- Gently bend the back panel outwards and mill out the spot welds which lie below.

Quarter panel partial replacement (inside view) - Drill holes for puddle welding.

Quarter panel - Continuous MIG weld seam.
- Resistance spot weld.

Quarter panel - Bend back the back panel and resistance spot weld it with the quarter panel.
