Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Remove the timing belt. For additional information, refer to Section  303-01A Engine / 303-01B Engine / 303-01C Engine / 303-01D Engine / 303-01F Engine / 303-01G Engine / 303-01H Engine.

  1. Remove the coolant pump.

Installation
  1. Install the coolant pump.
    • Tighten the coolant pump retaining bolts in 2 stages and in the sequence shown.
    • Stage 1: Tighten the bolts - 3 Nm.
    • Stage 2: Tighten the bolts - 10 Nm.
  1. Install the timing belt. For additional information, refer to Section  303-01A Engine / 303-01B Engine / 303-01C Engine / 303-01D Engine / 303-01F Engine / 303-01G Engine / 303-01H Engine.
