Removal

  1. Refer to: Transaxle - 1.4L Duratec-16V (Sigma)/1.6L Duratec-16V (Sigma) (308-03A Manual Transmission/Transaxle - Vehicles With: 5-Speed Manual Transmission (iB5), Removal).
    Refer to: Getriebe - 1.8L Duratec-HE (MI4) (308-03A, Removal).

  1. Undo the bolts two turns at a time.
    Special Tool(s): 303-393

Installation
  1. Special Tool(s): 308-204

  1. Tighten the bolts two turns at a time.
    Special Tool(s): 303-393, 308-204
    Torque: 29 Nm
