Ford Fusion workshop manuals
Ford Fusion at a glance: 10 manuals, covering 2002 to 2010 models, with engines from 2.3 to 3.5 litres.
About the Fusion
Two different cars carried the Fusion name. Most of these manuals are for the American Fusion, a mid-size sedan built in Hermosillo, Mexico, from the 2006 model year. It replaced the Taurus and the Contour in the United States and Canada, and shared its platform with the Mercury Milan and Lincoln Zephyr/MKZ. One manual is for the unrelated European Fusion, a small high-roofed hatchback built in Cologne from 2002 to 2012 on the Fiesta's platform.
What these manuals cover
- European Fusion (from mid-2002).
- 2006–2009: the 2.3-litre four and the 3.0-litre V6, with all-wheel drive available on the V6 from 2007.
- 2010: the updated car with a 2.5-litre four, the 3.0 V6, a 3.5-litre V6 in the Sport, and the 2.5-litre Hybrid.
Tip: the Mercury Milan and Lincoln Zephyr/MKZ are the American Fusion's twins. For the European Fusion, the Fiesta manuals of the same years share its platform.
