Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, refer to Section  100-02 Jacking and Lifting.

  1. Detach the right-hand front fender splash shield.

  1. Disconnect the fuel vapor line from the evaporative emission canister.
    • Discard the O-ring seal.

  1. Remove the evaporative emission canister retaining bolt.

  1. Detach the evaporative emission canister from the retaining bracket.

  1. Disconnect the fuel vapor line and remove the evaporative emission canister.
    • Discard the O-ring seal.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
