| Disassembly and Assembly Disassembly | | -
Remove the heater core. - Remove the heater core retaining bolts.
- Detach the clips.

Remove the blower motor. - Pull up the tab.
- Turn the blower motor counterclockwise and remove it.

Remove the damping matting from the heater core housing. - Disconnect the footwell vent actuator electrical connector.
- Remove the damping matting retaining bolts.

Remove the air distribution housing. | | | -
Remove the heater core lower housing. - Remove the clamps.
- Release the retainers.

Remove the vent nozzles blend door actuator. | | | -
Separate the heater core housing. | | | -
Remove the vent nozzles blend door. - Remove the blend door lever.
- Remove the blend door shaft.

Remove the temperature blend door actuator. | | | -
Remove the temperature blend door and remove it. - Release the blend door lever.
- Pull out the blend door.

Remove the blower motor resistor. | | | -
Remove the evaporator core housing. | | | -
Separate the evaporator core housing and remove the evaporator core. | | | -
Remove the blower motor lower housing. | | | -
Remove the air inlet duct. - Pull up the tab.
- Turn the air inlet duct counterclockwise and remove it.

Separate the air inlet duct. - Remove the gasket.
- Remove the three clips.
| Assembly | | -
To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure. | | |
