Exterior Lighting - Headlamp Leveling Motor Galaxy 2000.75 (04/2000-02/2006)
Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Remove the headlamp assembly.
    For additional information, refer to Headlamp Assembly in this section.

  1. Remove the headlamp assembly rear cover.

  1. Disconnect the levelling motor adjustment spindle from the reflector bracket.
    • Push the reflector forwards.

  1. Disconnect the high beam bulb electrical connector.

  1. Remove the headlamp levelling motor retaining screws.

  1. Using a thin bladed screwdriver, release the headlamp levelling motor from the bracket.

  1. Pull the headlamp levelling motor out of the headlamp housing.

  1. Remove the headlamp levelling motor.
    • Disconnect the electrical connector.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  1. Adjust the headlamps.
