Module Configuration - Module Configuration Galaxy 2000.75 (04/2000-02/2006)
General Procedures

  1. Check, if the CD-version is up to date.
  1. Choose item "Module Configuration" in the toolbox of the Worldwide Diagnostic System (WDS).
  1. Choose the concerned module. The vehicle data has to be read out of the old module before it is removed. If the defective module does not communicate with the WDS, INSTALL a new module and follow the guided diagnostic.
  1. Read out the vehicle data respectively the module ID.
  1. Remove the defective module and install a new one:
    • GEM – Module (CJB)
    • PCM / Module – Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS)
    • Module – ABS/ESP/TCS
    • Instrument cluster
    • Module navigation system
    • Module – electronic automatic temperature control (EATC)
    • Parking aid module
    • Heater control module/heater blower switch
    • Module(s) – xenon headlamp
    • Automatic transmission module
  1. Configurate the new module with help of the WDS according to the fitted vehicle features.
  1. Check the system(s) concerned for correct operation.
