Vehicles which exhibit hesitation (intermittent) or rough running engine on warm engine start-up and driveaway (after engine hot soak) can be serviced
by installing a 0.070" restrictor in the purge hose between the PCV valve and purge valve.

Cut the purge line between the PCV valve and the purge valve and install a 0.070" restrictor (D8AZ-9K319-A) (See Figure 7).
