Disconnect the battery ground cable. | | | -
Disconnect the mass air flow (MAF) sensor electrical connector. | | | -
Disconnect the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose. | | | -
Disconnect the intake air bypass hose. | Vehicles with 200bhp | | -
Disconnect the air cleaner outlet tube electrical connector. | All vehicles | | -
Disconnect the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor electrical connector. | | | -
Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe. | | | -
Detach the air cleaner intake tube and remove the air cleaner. | Installation WARNING:Do not smoke or carry lighted tobacco or open flame of any type when working on or near any fuel related components. Highly flammable mixtures are always present and may ignite. Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury. NOTE:Make sure that the pegs are correctly installed in the location grommets. NOTE:Make sure that the air cleaner outlet tube alignment tab is correctly located. | | -
