Wipers and Washers - Windshield Washer Reservoir Mondeo 1997 (08/1996-09/2000)
Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Empty the washer reservoir.
  1. Remove the bumper. For additional information, refer to Section  501-02 Front End Body Panels.

  1. Remove the wheel arch trim panel bolt.
    • Pull the cover to one side.

  1. Detach the washer reservoir.

  1. Take out the washer reservoir.
    • Disconnect the plug for the windshield washer pump, and disconnect the plug for the headlamp wash pump, if fitted.
    • Disconnect the hoses.

Installation

  1. Install the components in the reverse order.
  1. Check the operation of the windshield washer.
  1. Fit the bumper. For additional information, refer to Section  501-02 Front End Body Panels.
