Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Section  414-01 Battery, Mounting and Cables.

  1. Detach the pipes and hoses from the engine upper cover.

  1. Remove the engine upper cover.

  1. Disconnect the IMRC actuator electrical connector.

  1. Disconnect the vacuum lines from the IMRC actuator.

  1. Remove the IMRC actuator.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  1. Initialize the door window motors. For additional information, refer to Section  501-11 Glass, Frames and Mechanisms.
