Secure the radiator at both sides using suitable cable ties. | All vehicles | -

Remove the lower radiator cover. | | -
CAUTION:Seal off the refrigerant lines and the condenser core to prevent dirt ingress. Detach the refrigerant lines from the condenser. | | -
Remove the condenser bolts. | Vehicles with 2.0L diesel engine and 5-speed automatic transmission (front wheel drive) | -
Remove the radiator support bracket. | | -
CAUTION:Cap the hoses and the oil cooler to prevent dirt ingress. NOTE:Mark the installation position of the feed and return hose. NOTE:Collect the automatic transmission fluid in a suitable container. Remove the automatic transmission oil cooler hoses. | All vehicles Installation All vehicles NOTE:Install new refrigerant line O-ring seals. NOTE:Coat the refrigerant line O-rings with clean refrigerant oil prior to installation. NOTE:Note different refrigerant capacities when installing a new condenser.
