Removal and Installation

Materials

Engine Oil - 10W-30
WSS-M2C921-A
Silicone Sealant
WSE-M4G323-A4

Removal

  1. Raise and support the vehicle.
    Refer to: Jacking (100-04 Noise, Vibration and Harshness, Description and Operation).
    Refer to: Lifting (100-04 Noise, Vibration and Harshness, Description and Operation).
  1. Remove the accessory drive belt.
    Refer to: Accessory Drive Belt (303-05F Accessory Drive - 2.2L Duratorq-TDCi (DW) Diesel, Removal and Installation).

Installation
  1. Material: Silicone Sealant

  1. Install the following items:
    1. Torque: 48 Nm
    1. Torque: 16 Nm
    1. Torque: 34 Nm

  1. Torque: 10 Nm

  1. Torque: 48 Nm

  1. Torque: 28 Nm
  1. Install the accessory drive belt.
    Refer to: Accessory Drive Belt (303-05F Accessory Drive - 2.2L Duratorq-TDCi (DW) Diesel, Removal and Installation).
  1. Fill the engine with engine oil.
    Material: Engine Oil - 10W-30
