Removal

NOTE:
NOTE:Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. Refer to: Oil Pan (303-01G Engine - 2.2L Duratorq-TDCi (DW) Diesel, Removal and Installation).
    Refer to: Accessory Drive Belt (303-05F Accessory Drive - 2.2L Duratorq-TDCi (DW) Diesel, Removal and Installation).

  1. Torque: 10 Nm

  1. Special Tool(s): 303-397

  1. Torque: 28 Nm

  1. Torque: 47 Nm

  1. WARNING:
    WARNING:Make sure that these components are installed to the noted removal position.
    Torque:
    Stage 1:
    10 Nm
    Stage 2:
    16 Nm

  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:The gasket is to be reused unless damaged.
    Torque: 27 Nm

Installation
  1. WARNING:
    WARNING:Extreme cleanliness must be exercised when handling these components.
    To install, reverse the removal procedure.
    Material: Silicone Sealant
