If a clearance exists between the pivot bracket and support, grind off the weld interference as shown (Figure 6 Sec. D-D).

Reinstall pivot bracket using torque prevailing nut 33770S2 and check clearance again at cylinder boss (Torque to 8-10 ft.lbs.).
16.
If the clearance at the cylinder boss exceeds .065
inches when no gap exists between the pivot bracket and support bracket remove the pivot bracket.
