Accelerator Cable Bracket
REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
1. Using a suitable tool, push the accelerator cable nylon bushing out of the accelerator pedal and shaft arm
2. Remove the two accelerator pedal and shaft assembly retaining nuts.
3. If replacing the accelerator pedal and shaft and if the vehicle is equipped with a pedal pad trim cover, uncrimp the pedal pad cover and remove
from the accelerator pedal and shaft.
4. To install, reverse removal procedure and tighten accelerator cable bracket bolts to 15-20 Nm (12-15 lb ft).
