Mustang Cobra V8-281 4.6L DOHC VIN V MFI (1997)
REMOVAL
1. Remove rear seat.
2. Remove rear quarter trim panel.
3. For base radio speakers, remove four retaining screws.
4. Disconnect electrical connector(s) and remove radio speakers.
INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Tighten base radio speaker retaining screws to 1.8-2.6 N.m (16-23 lb-in).
Subwoofer-Convertible
NOTE: The convertible top needs to be in the up position to remove the subwoofer radio amplifiers.
