Cigarette Lighter: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove console panel.
3. Remove cigar lighter knob and element.
4. Remove cigar lighter internal socket from outside sleeve by gripping slots with snap ring pliers and turning.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse removal procedure and test the cigar lighter knob and element for proper operation.
