Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

  1. Disconnect the generator wiring.
  1. Remove the accessory drive belt. For additional information, refer to Section  303-05 Accessory Drive.
  1. Lower the vehicle.

  1. Remove the generator rear retaining bolt.

  1. Remove the generator front retaining bolts.
  1. Remove the generator.

Installation
  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
