Tighten the crossmember attaching bolt to 65 to 90 N-M (48 to 66 ft.lbs.) being careful to not trap, pinch, or damage a fuel or vapor line.
9.
Lower the vehicle.
10.
Replace the fuel and release the vehicle.
Repair - Fuel Line Replacement, Diesel Engines
1.
Loosen the left front attaching bolt and flag nut on the No. 5 crossmember.
2.
Remove fuel selector valve and mounting bracket assembly from the frame for accessibility to the fuel line.
