Oil Separator: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Remove the lower intake manifold.
2. Pull upward to remove the Positive Crankcase Ventilation valve (PCV valve) from the crankcase vent oil separator.
3. Remove the bolts and crankcase vent oil separator.
INSTALLATION
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
NOTE: Use a new oil separator-to-cylinder block gasket when installing the crankcase vent oil separator.
