Intake Manifold (Bolt/Nut)
Torque in sequence: Step 1: Hand start and snug
nuts at positions 3 and 4 Step 2: 4-8 Nm (3-6
ft-lb) Step 3: 8-15 Nm (6-lift-lb) Step 4: 15-21
Nm (11-15 ft-lb) Step 5: 21-25 Nm (15-18 ft-lb).
Repeat after warm up.
Upper Intake (Plenum)
Step 1: Tighten all bolts to 10 Nm (7 ft-lb). Step
2: Then tighten to 21-25 Nm (15-18 ft-lb).
