Remove the clamp from the window if used.
14.
Cycle the window up and down. If the noise is gone, proceed to Step 22. If the noise is still present, proceed to Step 15.
15.
Clamp the door glass in the full up position.
16.
Remove the three (3) nut and washer assemblies that hold the door glass guide to the door inner panel.
17.
Slide the guide out from the door glass bracket and throw it away.
18.
Position the new guide, (E9TZ-1021546-A) to the door glass bracket.
19.
Reinstall the three (3) nut and washer assemblies that hold the door glass guide to the door inner panel.
20.
Apply a liberal amount of Ford Multi-Purpose Grease, (DOAZ-19584-AA) to the channel.
21.
Remove the clamp from the door glass.
22.
Install the watershield and trim panel.
23.
Repeat Steps 1 through 22 on the opposite side of the vehicle.
