If the concerns still exist, reprogram the PCM by following Service Bay Diagnostic System (SBDS) reprogramming tool, April 1996 CD-ROM or
later. If SBDS is not available, replace the PCM. Dealers with SBDS are required to reprogram the PCM with the appropriate calibration per the
Application Chart. Only non-SBDS dealers are permitted to replace the PCM. Refer to the Application Chart for correct calibration or part
number.

NOTE: 

DEALERS WITH SBDS ARE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN REGIONAL APPROVAL WHEN IT IS NECESSARY TO REPLACE THE PCM.

Obtain an Authorized Modifications Decal and list the date, dealer number, and summary of modifications performed. Select a prominent place adjacent
to the Vehicle Emission Control Information Decal suitable for installing the Authorized Modifications Decal. Clean the area, install the decal, and cover
it with a clear plastic decal shield.
