Crankshaft Main Bearing Seal: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Remove the flywheel.
2. Remove the crankshaft rear oil seal using a punch and a Jet Plug Remover.
INSTALLATION
1. Lubricate the outer lips and the inner seal on the crankshaft rear oil seal.
2. Install the crankshaft rear oil seal using a Rear Main Seal Installer.
3. Install the flywheel.
