ISSUE:
A vibration or "buzzing" may be felt through the throttle pedal on some vehicles. A slight "moaning/groaning sound may also occur within the cab due to
the vibration of the throttle linkage. This may be caused by engine vibrations being transmitted through the EGR and then to the throttle cable which
rests on the EGR.

ACTION:
Replace the throttle cable with a revised Throttle Cable (F87Z-9A758-BC). Refer to the 1998 Ranger Workshop Manual for details.
