Remove the R.H. windshield wiper linkage cover (see Ranger/Bronco II Truck Shop Manual, 35-60-14 Figure 10) to allow access to install the
screens.

Insert the R.H. screen into the cowl, making sure that the orientation of the screen mesh is the same as the cowl grille.
^
Tie the screen up into place under the cowl grille, using as many tie wires as necessary to secure the screen.
^
Mix a small portion of the two-part epoxy and put a drop in at least 4 places on each grille bar, making sure that the screen wire is completely
covered at each point of attachment.
^
Repeat the process on the L.H. grille opening, making sure the epoxy is completely hardened before releasing the tie wires.
^
Reinstall the access cover and release the vehicle.
