Apply RTV (or equivalent) to the T-Joints of the cylinder head/intake manifold, Figure 2.

3.

Install the rocker arm covers with new gaskets, Figure 1.

4.

Apply an 8 mm ball of RTV (or equivalent) to the bolt holes of the exhaust side of the rocker cover (4 holes each side).

5.

Install patch pieces, together with conical spring washer screws (W-700 099 S309M), Figure 2.

NOTE:
IF PRESENT, REUSE THE EXISTING CONICAL SPRING WASHER SCREWS. ONLY ORDER NEW SCREWS IF THEY ARE NOT PRESENT
OR THE EXISTING ONES ARE LOST, STRIPPED, OR DAMAGED.

6.

Tighten the screws to 4.5 - 5.9 lb.ft. (6-8 N-m).

7.

Start engine and check for leaks.
