TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Refer to Exhibit I. Inspect the push rod shank for correct number stamped on shank.

If the number is D22117, no further service is necessary.

If the number is NOT D22117, continue with following Steps #2 and #3.
2.
Verify the pushrod. (Refer to Exhibit I)

A correct pushrod has a square shoulder as indicated.
^
An incorrect pushrod has a tapered shoulder.
3.
Replace the hydraulic clutch control assembly master cylinder with new master cylinder (Part Number E8TZ-7A543-A).
