2X4 MODELS

Remove front coil spring as outlined in this chapter.

For left I-beam axle, remove axle pivot bolt and nut and pull left I-beam axle down until bushing is exposed. For right I-beam axle, entire right
I-beam axle must be removed. Refer to FRONT I-BEAM AXLE.
3.
Install forcing screw T78P-5638-A1, bushing remover T80T-5638-A2, spacer T82T-3006-A4 and receiver cup T78P-5638-A3 onto pivot bushing.
Turn forcing screw and remove pivot bushing, Fig. 17.
4.
Reverse procedure to install. Refer to Fig. 18. Lower vehicle and with weight on suspension and tighten pivot bushing and nut to specifications.
