Removal
1. NOTE: Refer to alignment procedures for caster and camber adjustment.
Remove the front wheel spindle and shaft and joint; refer to the procedure in this section.
2. If the steering linkage has not been removed, remove cotter pin from the tie rod nut and remove the tie rod nut.
3. Tap on the tie rod stud to free it from the steering arm.
4. Remove the snap ring and the upper ball joint pinch bolt.
5. Loosen the lower ball joint nut to the end of the stud.
6. Strike the inside of the knuckle near the front suspension upper ball joint and front suspension lower arm ball joint to break the knuckle loose from
