Power Steering Fluid Cooler: Service and Repair

Removal 

1. Raise the vehicle. 

2. Disconnect the hoses.

Plug or cap the power steering hoses and ports.

3. Remove the nuts and the cooler.

Installation 

1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Fill, purge and leak check the system.
