REMOVAL
1. Remove the rear seat lower trim panel.
2. Remove the rear safety belt retractor.

Use Safety Belt Bolt Bit to remove the bolt.

Remove the rear safety belt retractor.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Use the special tool to install the bolt.

Check the restraint system for normal operation.
Seat Belt With Anchor Plate Thread Damage
NOTE: This procedure does not apply to SuperCab four door rear safety belt retractor.
1. Remove the broken or stripped bolt and discard.
2. Drill out the internal threads in the safety belt anchor plate with a 27/64 inch drill.
3. Rethread the anchor plate with a 1/2-13 tap (seat belt).
4. Clean out the chips.
