Remove the accelerator cable adjuster clip. | | | -
Pull the accelerator cable adjuster apart. | | | -
Fully depress the accelerator pedal and hold. | | | -
Refit the accelerator cable adjuster clip. | | | -
Release the accelerator pedal. | | | -
Fully depress the accelerator pedal and check that full throttle plate travel is achieved. | | | -
Release the accelerator pedal and check that the throttle plate returns to the fully closed position. | | |
