Remove the heater housing cover. | | | -
Remove the evaporator/heat exchanger (push-fit). - Evaporator (vehicles with air conditioning only)
- Heater radiator.

Remove the air recirculation valve control motor. | | | -
Remove the blower motor cover. | | | -
Separate the housing components of the heater assembly (secured with clips) (heater shown from the front). | Assembly | | -
Refit the components in the reverse order. - Use repair clips (steel) if necessary.
