6.  Remove front door window regulator and front door window channel bracket assembly from front door.
7.  Working on a bench, carefully bend tab flat to remove window regulator arm rollers from front door window channel bracket.
8.  Install new window regulator arm rollers into front door window channel bracket and bend tab back to 90 degrees. (Use care not to break tab. If

tab is cracked or broken, replace front door window channel bracket.) Make sure rubber bumper is installed properly on front door window
channel bracket if replaced.

Installation

1.  Install front door window channel bracket onto the front door window regulator.
2.  Install front door window channel bracket, front door window regulator and window regulator electric drive into front door. Set the regulator base

plate to front door inner panel using base plate locator tab as a guide.

3.  NOTE:  Two 1/4-20 x 1-inch bolts and two 1/4-20 nut and washer assemblies may be used as alternates for front door window glass retention.

However, torque must not exceed 4-7 N-m (3-5 lb-ft). Equivalent metric retainers may be used.

4.  Install three rivets to attach front door window regulator to front door inner panel.
5.  Install window regulator equalizer arm bracket.
6.  Install rear door glass inside weatherstrip and door window glass inner stabilizer.
7.  Lower regulator arms to access holes in front door inner panel. Install front door window glass as outlined.
8.  Adjust front door window glass to ensure proper alignment with front door glass top run. Cycle front door window glass for smooth operation.
9.  Install front door trim panel and watershield.
